Kailey Gaffikin

Kailey joined the Communications LAB team in January of 2023, bringing her background in public affairs and association management to her current role as Events Manager for the Building Owners and Managers Association of Orange County (BOMA OC). As Events Manager for BOMA OC, a client of Communications LAB, Kailey is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all events for the organization, including assisting with producing marketing materials and social media content. 

 

Her previous experience in association management includes working for the Brea Chamber of Commerce and The Anaheim/Orange County Hotel and Lodging Association. Additionally, Kailey worked for a local public affairs firm, for clients covering local government agencies, entertainment, tourism, healthcare, local city affairs, hospitality, and energy sectors. She also assisted as an independent researcher in producing political opposition research reports to local and state candidates running for office. 

 

When she isn’t working on planning the next best event, Kailey can be found walking her dog Teddy, reading, watching the newest HBO show, or working out at the gym.
