Martin mcintosh
Vice President, association management
Martin McIntosh is Vice President of Association Management at Communications LAB. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has brought more than 25 years of experience across public- and private-sector fields, including solid waste, water, transportation, and nonprofit associations.

Martin leads the firm’s association management division, overseeing the full range of operations required to run successful nonprofit organizations. His work spans governance support, budgeting and financial management, membership programs, sponsorship development, event strategy, board relations, and long-term planning. He is known for building efficient systems that allow volunteer leaders to focus on strategy while staff focus on execution.

​A natural problem-solver, Martin combines strong analytical skills with clear communication. He specializes in public outreach research and analysis, data management, and the implementation of communication strategies. He facilitates board and stakeholder meetings and is skilled at translating complex or technical information into clear language supported by practical visuals and data.

In his free time, Martin is probably planning his next trip to Walt Disney World and dreaming of bigger and better vacation spreadsheets.
