We utilize our years of experience working in city, county, and state government to design communication outreach strategies that resonate with elected officials and residents alike. Our staff has been on the front lines of government through assisting constituents, advising elected officials, spearheading outreach education campaigns, drafting and driving policies forward. Both our Director of Accounts and Senior Account Manager have utilized their years of experience in government relations to help move the needle and create successful strategies. Justin Glover, our Director of Accounts, previously worked for the state government in Florida and the city of Anaheim. Diana Moreno, our Senior Account Manager, worked for the county of Orange and the state of California.

We constantly monitor the political climate in Orange County to help clients stay informed, and we maintain a comprehensive database of federal, state, county, and city elected officials throughout Southern California.
Additionally, we also help government agencies communicate with residents and stakeholders of interest. Communications LAB has provided communications consulting services to cities large and small, including Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Dana Point, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, and Rancho Santa Margarita. When the City of Huntington Beach wanted to increase awareness on COVID-19 and vaccinations, Comm LAB created a virtual series titled “Candid Conversations about COVID,” which people could view safely from home. In addition, the City of Lake Forest wanted to assess the needs of a community in their southwest region, and Comm LAB responded by conducting an extensive Neighborhood Improvement Assessment. Our team went door-to-door to speak with residents, and then we produced a report with communications and other recommendations to enhance the area’s quality of life.
