2021 was an eventful year for the team at Communications LAB. Despite the hardships due to the pandemic, our team adapted to the challenges and exceeded expectations. We were excited to jump five spots to the #7 position in the Orange County Business Journal’s list of Top Public Relations Firms in OC. This is the 5th consecutive year our firm has been recognized for its efforts, and such accolades have motivated our team to strive for even higher achievements.
This progression has its foundations in our core values. We remain dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our clients and giving back to our local community. It is these values that gave our firm the highest honor in 2021 when the Orange Chamber of Commerce named Communications LAB the 2021 Small Business of the Year.
As Comm LAB expands, we look to undertake new partnerships and clients to broaden our horizons. We are thrilled to welcome multiple new team members to the Comm LAB family as our workload and clientele continues to increase. We have had the opportunity to work with new clients in 2021 such as Ready and Safe OC, The Building Owners and Managers Association of Orange County (BOMA OC), The Institute of Real Estate Management, Orange County (IREM OC), Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD), Metrolink, Yorba Linda Water District (YLWD) and the Disneyland Resort. Deepening our client roster allows our team to assist a larger community and create lasting relationships.
Our growth has driven our expanded office footprint throughout Southern California. With the inclusion of new team members, Comm LAB has assumed a larger office space for our Orange County staff to strategize, create, and thrive with our clients. We have also established a satellite office in Pasadena for our Los Angeles-based clients. The increase in clientele, workspace, and workforce has been a tremendous adventure for our team, and we gladly welcome these new opportunities moving into the new year.
